Summary
Incoming does not run advertising SDKs, collect analytics, or
upload your preorder history or collection to Doodle Studio.
Information stored on your device
Incoming stores the preorder records, payment amounts, dates,
order references, notes, item images, wishlist entries, followed
sources, and preferences you create. This information stays on
your device unless you choose to export or share it.
Screenshot recognition
When you select an order screenshot, Apple Vision reads its text
on your device. Incoming may use Apple Intelligence on supported
devices to organize recognized details. The screenshot and
recognized text are not sent to Doodle Studio.
Discover and listing links
When you follow a source, load public listings, or open a
listing, Incoming connects directly to that website. The website
may receive standard network information such as your IP address
and apply its own privacy policy. Incoming does not send your
preorder history or collection to those sites.
Notifications
If you allow reminders, Incoming schedules payment and arrival
notifications locally on your device. You can change
notification access in iPhone Settings.
Purchases
Apple processes Incoming Pro purchases. Incoming receives
product and entitlement status through StoreKit, not your
payment-card details.
Exporting and sharing
CSV exports and shelf images are created only when you request
them. You choose where they are sent using the iOS share sheet.
Deleting data
Delete an order or saved listing inside Incoming to remove it.
Deleting Incoming from your iPhone removes its local app data
according to iOS behavior. Shared exports remain wherever you
chose to save them.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change as Incoming changes. Any future account,
cloud-sync, analytics, or other data processing will be
described before release.
